This weekend, I found myself swept up in the color, flavor, and rhythm of the Pagdiriwang Philippine Festival 2025 at Seattle Center and WOW, what a beautiful celebration of culture and community. From the moment I walked into the Armory, the space came alive with traditional music, joyful dance, and the unmistakable aroma of Filipino street food (yes, I made multiple trips to the lumpia stand 😅). It was more than just a festival — it was a heartfelt tribute to heritage, resilience, and artistry.
I caught a riveting tinikling performance that had the whole crowd clapping in awe, browsed through stunning handicrafts, and chatted with local authors and artisans whose stories were as rich as the history they shared.
