Adrian was strait-laced and made his life all about work, so his best friend decided to get him out of hiding comfort zone, which brought Kai into his life. Kai was only meant to provide a service for Adrian, but the connection between left both of them with long lasting memories. Unfortunately, Adrian’s decision to bring Kai into his high society world didn’t go well, as the reality of the situation wasn’t unpleasant for both of them and it led to friction between them.
However, Adrian realised Kai made him happy, so he made the decision to do everything possible to ensure they could have a wonderful life together. This is a heartfelt and realistic story about the difficult decision of having to choose between love or societal expectations. The characters had incredible chemistry that shone through the pages and will have you burning up with lust, as you keep reading the story. The book was enticing from beginning to end, so I am happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a captivating read.
