Nevertheless, James never expected to meet Nico again, but the temptation was just too great for them to let go, which led to them acting in a manner that could potentially cost them dearly if discovered. Unfortunately, James and Nico’s budding romance hit a snag after Nico’s career was in jeopardy, which caused friction between them.
Luckily, Nico took steps to help James get out of the firing line, when led to them finally acknowledging their chemistry and exploring the connection between them. This was a phenomenal romance story, that had fantastic chemistry between the characters, lots of tension filled moments that had me anxiously turning the pages and a plot set in a highly sensitive environment bound in secrets, deception and hypocrisy.
