This weekend I slowed down and soaked in the creativity at the Seattle Center Sculpture Walk—a self-guided outdoor showcase of temporary installations that transform the campus into a living gallery. Each piece invited its own pause, its own story, and as I wandered from sculpture to sculpture, I felt that rare, grounding stillness only public art can bring.
There’s something powerful about engaging with art in a space that breathes—birds overhead, people laughing in the distance, spring air full of that earthy sweetness only April can offer. Highly recommend taking your time with it before the installations rotate out!
