With highs hitting a breezy 76°F and the sun keeping spirits bright, Seattle Center transformed into a festival of flavors. From smoky BBQ and bao buns to tangy kimchi fries, every stall tempted me to “just one more bite.” Live cooking demos had crowds leaning in (and drooling), local bands set the vibe, and the sight of families, couples, and foodies sharing tables felt like summer itself. It’s the little moments that stick: a surprise spicy kick, a stranger’s food tip, and the sunset glow over the Space Needle as music played on. Seattle, you always remind me why food is love—and why next year can’t come soon enough.
